Four levels of luxurious finishes and obsessive attention to every single detail throughout. Special features include a 12' folding wall of French doors between the family room and screened porch, a third floor viewing tower and even a secret room!

Developed six properties in Cleveland Park, building four custom luxury homes nestled into a hill. Challenges included building two custom bridges crossing a creek. Each home was unique.

Built in 1891, purchased the Public School 24 building from the City of Baltimore, significantly renovated an abandoned building in the heart of Fells Point and converted into a modern 24-condo project. Secured CHAP historic credits. A mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units.
